Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 12 months of guarantee for components, including pc board, power supply, motor and coil ( the special requirement and the OEM requirement are excluded, we will discuss individually). However, customer will be in charge of the cost of the transportation if it's not caused by our company.
